摘 要:大口径闸阀由于具有流体阻力小、寿命长、操作简便、适用范围广等优点,被广泛运用于石油、化工、水电等各行业。目前国内检验检测机构的阀门流量流阻测试系统的检测范围都在DN500以内,无法满足大口径楔式闸阀的检测需求。本文针对大口径楔式闸阀流量流阻研究缺少可靠性试验数据支撑的问题,首先通过对同系列小口径楔式闸阀的试验和仿真结果的对比研究,验证数值模拟方法的可行性,延伸至DN600大口径楔式闸阀模拟计算,得到流量系数曲线和流阻系数曲线,最后根据流场分布结果分析研究其流动特性,并提出科学合理的使用建议。Large-diameter gate valves are widely used in various industries such as petroleum,chemical industry,and hydropower due to their advantages of low fluid resistance,long life,easy operation and wide application range.At present,the detection range of the valve flow resistance test system of domestic inspection and testing institutions is within DN500,which cannot meet the detection requirements of large-diameter wedge gate valves.In this paper,aiming at the lack of reliability test data support in the study of the flow resistance of large-diameter wedge gate valves,firstly,the feasibility of the numerical simulation method is verified by comparing the test and simulation results of the same series of small-diameter wedge gate valves,and then extended to The DN600 large-diameter wedge gate valve is simulated and calculated to obtain the flow coefficient curve and the flow resistance coefficient curve.Finally,the flow characteristics are analyzed and studied according to the flow field distribution results,and scientific and reasonable use suggestions are put forward.
