摘  要:针对相贯型压盖焊缝不规则结构以及检测空间受限,无法采用RT射线检测方式以及采用UT、MT、PT和TOFD存在检测盲区的技术问题,提出了基于超声相控阵技术的检测工艺。通过数值仿真确定了可行性的检测工艺方案。制造了压盖焊缝模拟标准试块,通过在试块进行的标定试验获得了满足检测技术要求的检测参数匹配。所提出的检测工艺实现了对压盖焊缝全体积无盲区检测,能应用于与压盖焊缝同类型的压力容器D类焊接接头的检测,为相贯型焊缝的检测提供了一种可视化、无盲区和检测效率高的超声检测工艺方法。Due to irregular structure of junction-type gland and limitation of detection space,RT ray detection mode can’t be adopted and non-detection zone exists in adoption of UT,MT,PT and TOFD detection.So ultrasonic phased array is proposed and numerical simulation for the gland of all-welded ball valve is made to determine the feasibility of the Detection technology.Simulative reference block of gland is fabricated and detection research on the block is made to obtain the optimum parameter combination of detecting technique.Detecting technique of gland is formulated on basis of optimized detecting parameters.Non-blind area detection is realized for the entire volume of gland weld.This technique can be applied in detecting D type welded joint of pressure vessel in the same kind with gland.At the same time,the technique provides ultrasonic detecting method with a visualized non-blind area for junction-type D type welded joint.
