摘 要:将在运的SF_(6)气体绝缘GIS改成SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体绝缘的GIS,在不加大外形尺寸前提下提高充气压力来满足绝缘性能,需要盆式绝缘子具有更高的机械强度。363 kV所用的混合气体三相共箱盆式绝缘子因为外形尺寸大,电压等级高,所以设计难度大。结合试验情况和仿真分析,开发一种新型363 kV三相共箱盆式绝缘子,用有限元分析软件Workbench和COMSOL分别模拟水压爆破试验工况和雷电冲击试验工况,通过参数对比趋势来进行优化设计。该盆式绝缘子与没有经过数据分析的原有盆式绝缘子相比,中心嵌件与环氧树脂在半侧绑定的条件下,机械强度的安全裕度提高了20.6%,在最严格的绝缘性能评判标准条件下,绝缘强度的安全裕度提高了20.1%,该方法为三相共箱盆式绝缘子的优化设计提供参考。The SF_(6)gas insulated GIS in operation will be changed into the SF_(6)/N_(2)mixed gas insulated GIS,and the inflation pressure will be increased without increasing the overall dimensions to meet the insulation performance,which requires the basin-type insulator to have higher mechanical strength.The mixed gas three-phase common box basin-type insulator for 363 kV is difficult to design because of its large size and high voltage level.A new 363 kV three-phase common box basin-type insulator is developed based on the experiment and simulation analysis.The working condition of hydraulic blasting test and lightning impulse test are simulated by finite element analysis software Workbench and COMSOL,through parameter comparisonand trend judgment to optimize the design.Compared with the original basin without data analysis,the safety margin of mechanical strength is increased by 20.6%under the condition that the central insert and epoxy resin are bound on the half side.The safety margin of insulation strength is increased by 20.1%under the condition of the most stringent insulation performance evaluation standard.The method provides a reference for the optimization design of three-phase common box basin-type insulator.
