摘  要:根据国家环保政策,以地下水作为生产用水的火电厂,引进城市再生水进行机组循环冷却水的改造已是未来发展趋势。循环冷却水使用城市再生水后,由于Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)的翻倍升高,使用铜冷却管的凝汽器和辅机设备的冷却器,以及运行多年的冷却水塔等会受到很大影响。以某火电厂为例,根据城市再生水的水质特点,分析其对相关设备的影响,最后确定冷却水塔防腐处理、凝汽器和主机润滑冷油器的冷却管进行不锈钢改造与增设闭式循环冷却水系统相结合的改造措施,保证火电厂主要设备安全运行。On the basis of the national environmental protection policy,a thermal power plant that uses groundwater as water for production,it is a future development trend to introduce urban reclaimed water as circulating cooling water for units.However,after the circulating cooling water uses urban reclaimed water,due to the doubling Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-),the condensers and auxiliary equipment coolers using copper cooling tube bundles,as well as cooling water towers that have been running for many years,etc.Equipment will be greatly affected.Taking a thermal power plant for example,according to the characteristics of urban reclaimed water quality,it analyzes its impact on related equipment,and determines the anti-corrosion treatment of cooling water towers and condensers and the cooling pipes of the main engine lubricating oil coolercarry out transformation measures of stainless steel and add a closed circulating cooling water system,which ensure the safe operation of the main equipment in the thermal power plant.
