摘  要:六氟化硫(SF_(6))气体被广泛应用于高压电力设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中。由于电气设备在生产制造、设计安装等方面存在难以预料的不足和不确定因素,导致高压电力设备内部存在一定缺陷,投入使用后绝缘性能降低,造成事故。通过对SF_(6)气体分解产物进行分析,预测GIS设备潜伏性故障和诊断识别,做到发生故障前预警。结合国网泉州供电公司相关设备进行测试,分析SF_(6)气体分解产物检测发现潜伏性故障的有效性,研究SF_(6)气体分解产物检测技术和实时判断GIS设备故障,并以实例验证分析方法的可靠性,为设备的安全运行提供重要依据。SF_(6)is widely used in high-voltage power equipment Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS).Due to the unpredictable deficiencies and uncertain factors in the manufacturing,design and installation of electrical equipment,the internal defects of high-voltage power equipment are caused.After being put into use,the insulation is reduced,which causes accidents.It analyzes the decomposition products of SF_(6)gas to predict the latent failure of GIS equipment and make recognition and diagnosis,so as to achieve early warning before failure.The related equipment of Quanzhou Power Supply Company is tested to analyze the effectiveness of SF_(6)gas decomposition product detection to find latent failures.It studies SF_(6)gas decomposition product detection technology and real-time judgment of GIS equipment failures,and to verify the reliability of the analysis method by examples,which provides important basis for the safe operation of equipment.
