摘  要:以海外某钾肥厂配套出运码头项目为例,介绍了能够适应大水位变化并保证物料运输全过程干燥的内河码头布置及其相应配备的装卸工艺系统,可有效解决大水位变化及降雨情况下可作业天数不足引起的吞吐量受限问题,可为其他易受环境影响的码头提供装卸工艺设计参考。Taking the supporting shipping dock project of an overseas potassium fertilizer plant as an example,this article introduces the layout of an inland river dock that can adapt to large water level changes and ensure the entire process of material transportation is dry,as well as the corresponding handling process system.The problem of limited throughput caused by insufficient working days under large water level changes and rainfall conditions are effectively addressed.It can provide a solution from the perspective of handling process for other docks that are easily affected by the environment.
