摘　　要：胀管是管状带式输送机常见故障,对设备的损伤较大。设计了一种新式防胀管及保护装置系统,该系统通过限料板、过载检测装置和可开启安全隔板的组合应用,可解决胀管对管状带式输送机的损害。Pipe swelling is a common fault of pipe belt conveyor,and it causes great damage to its equipment.A new type of anti-expansion pipe and protection device system is designed.In this system,the material limiting plate,overload detection device and openable safety partition are combined and applicated,which can solve the damage to the pipe belt conveyor.
