摘  要:船用永磁调速器能够控制发电机转速与负荷约束,其特性对船用发电机组性能产生直接影响,研究船用永磁调速器的数学建模和仿真,可提升永磁调速器控制训练与培训效果。分析船用永磁调速器结构可知,输出转矩能够判断联轴器的关键度,因此构建传递转矩与传递效率的数学模型,分析对船用永磁调速器输出转矩产生影响的参数。依照船用永磁调速器的运行原理与结构特征参数进行模型仿真分析,对比仿真分析数据与台架测试数据,结果显示:所构建模型仿真误差上限约为2%,由此说明所构建的船用永磁调速器数学模型的准确性与可靠性。Marine permanent magnet governors can control generator speed and load constraints,and their characteristics have a direct impact on the performance of marine generator sets.Research on mathematical modeling and simulation of marine permanent magnet governors to improve the training and control effectiveness of permanent magnet governors.By analyzing the structure of a marine permanent magnet governor,it can be seen that the output torque can determine the criticality of the coupling.Therefore,a mathematical model for transmitting torque and transmission efficiency is constructed to analyze the parameters that affect the output torque of the marine permanent magnet governor.According to the operating principle and structural characteristic parameters of the marine permanent magnet governor,a model simulation analysis was conducted,and the simulation analysis data was compared with the bench test data.The results showed that the upper limit of the simulation error of the constructed model was about 2%,indicating the accuracy and reliability of the mathematical model of the marine permanent magnet governor.
