摘　　要：随着海上活动日益增多,海洋环境污染问题日益严重,各国海军逐渐开始重视海洋环境保护,海军舰船厨余垃圾处理问题也越来越受到关注。本文界定舰船厨余垃圾的范围,重点针对美国海军舰船厨余垃圾处理技术和系统进行分析,总结海军舰船厨余垃圾处理系统发展趋势。With the increasing maritime activities of various countries,the problem of marine environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and the navies of various countries gradually start to pay attention to marine environmental protection,and the problem of naval ship food waste disposal is also getting more and more attention.This article firstly defines the scope of naval food waste,analyzes food waste disposal technology and system of US naval ships,summarizes the foreign development trend of food waste disposal system for naval ships.
