摘 要:以最小化网损为目标,提出一种基于交直流最优功率分配的动态分层负荷频率控制方法。首先,以多区域交直流混联系统为研究对象,构建其负荷频率控制模型,针对一次调频的快速性需求,设计储能进行辅助;然后,以输电网损最小为目标,进行交直流联络线最优传输功率分配机制的设计;在此基础上,考虑到调频需求的复杂性与动态特征,构建动态分层的负荷频率控制器架构,根据以区域控制偏差为基础的触发阈值的设计,保障控制器复杂度能依据控制需求的不同而改变。仿真结果表明:动态分层的控制器架构能在保证控制性能的基础上,有效降低控制复杂度;交直流联络线最优传输功率分配机制的执行,不仅能保证网损最小,还能够降低区域控制偏差,从而减少分层控制器触发次数,提高系统调频资源利用率。The characteristics of power grid load frequency control(load frequency control,LFC)are more complicated because of the development of AC/DC hybrid transmission.On the basis of traditional tie line active power regulation,the impact of AC/DC transmission power allocation on system operation needs to be considered.With the goal of minimizing network loss,a dynamic hierarchical load frequency control strategy based on AC/DC optimal power allocation is proposed.Firstly,the multi-area AC/DC hybrid system was taken as the research object and the load frequency control model was constructed.Aimed at rapid demand of primary frequency regulation,energy storage was designed to assist.Then,with the goal of minimizing the transmission network line loss,the AC/DC tie line optimal transmission power allocation mechanism was designed.On the basis of that,considering the complexity and dynamic characteristics of frequency regulation requirements,a dynamic hierarchical load frequency controller architecture was constructed.According to the design of the trigger threshold based on the area control error,the complexity of the controller could be changed according to different control requirements.The simulation results showed that the dynamic hierarchical control could effectively reduce the control complexity on the basis of ensuring the control performance;the implementation of the AC/DC tie lines optimal power allocation mechanism could not only ensure the minimum network loss but also reduce the area control error,thereby the times of triggers of the hierarchical controller could be reduced,and the utilization of system frequency modulation resources could be improved.
