摘　　要：研究生培养过程档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,数字校园的发展推动着无纸化办公,电子文件归档问题和数据离散问题是研究生培养过程档案管理的最大障碍。研究生培养过程档案单套制归档可以保障研究生培养过程档案的凭证效力,并推动其知识化利用。文章设计了研究生培养过程电子档案单套制归档流程方案,提出了研究生培养过程电子档案单套制归档实现策略。The archives of postgraduate training process are important components of university archives.In the context of the promotion of digital work in universities,electronic file archiving and data discretization is the biggest problem of archives management in the postgraduate training process.The filing of a single set system of postgraduate training process archives can ensure the legal evidence of the process and promote the knowledge-based utilization of postgraduate training process archives.This article analyzed the process plan for archiving electronic archives in the process of postgraduate education,and proposed implementation strategy of single set system of electronic archives in the process of postgraduate education.
