摘 要:目的设计并构建一种氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)/磷酸银(Ag_(3)PO_(4))/壳聚糖(chitosan,CS)复合涂层,用于植入物手术中快速杀灭细菌,预防术后感染。方法使用离子交换法制备GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)复合材料,并在生物钛(Ti)片上依次沉积CS和GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)复合材料,制备Ti-GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS材料。对材料的形貌、物相、光热和光催化性能、抗菌能力以及与基体的结合力进行表征。结果使用离子交换法成功制备GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)复合材料,通过形貌物相测试证明了GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)的异质结构,Ag_(3)PO_(4)和GO形成的异质结构使带隙从1.79 eV降低到1.39 eV,可以被808 nm近红外光激发。光热、光催化实验表明GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS复合涂层具有良好的光热和光动力性能;体外抗菌实验表明,GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS复合涂层在808 nm近红外光照射20 min后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到99.81%;同时该复合涂层具有良好的光稳定性,可以提供稳定和持续的抗菌效果。结论GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS复合涂层可以被808 nm近红外光激发产生活性氧,在光照下具有优异的抗菌能力。Objective To design and construct a graphene oxide(GO)/silver nitrate(Ag_(3)PO_(4))/chitosan(CS)composite coating for rapidly killing bacteria and preventing postoperative infection in implant surgery.Methods GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4) composites were prepared by ion exchange method,and CS and GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4) composites were deposited on medical titanium(Ti)sheets successively.The morphology,physical image,photothermal and photocatalytic ability,antibacterial ability,and adhesion to the matrix of the materials were characterized.Results The GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4) composites were successfully prepared by ion exchange method and the heterogeneous structure of GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4) was proved by morphology phase test.The heterogeneous structure formed by Ag_(3)PO_(4) and GO reduced the band gap from 1.79 eV to 1.39 eV which could be excited by 808 nm near-infrared light.The photothermal and photocatalytic experiments proved that the GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS coating had excellent photothermal and photodynamic properties.In vitro antibacterial experiments showed that the antibacterial rate of the GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS composite coating against Staphylococcus aureus reached 99.81%after 20 minutes irradiation with 808 nm near-infrared light.At the same time,the composite coating had excellent light stability,which could provide stable and sustained antibacterial effect.Conclusion GO/Ag_(3)PO_(4)/CS coating can be excited by 808 nm near infrared light to produce reactive oxygen species,which has excellent antibacterial activity under light.
