摘  要:空气源热泵作为可再生能源技术之一,广泛应用于我国中小型建筑供暖系统,特别是北方地区农村“煤改电”项目中,其供暖运行通常采用定水温控制策略,导致室内出现过热现象,同时也严重影响了热泵机组运行能效。以空气源热泵-散热器供暖系统为例,基于供需匹配的思想,探寻了热泵机组最优供水温度预测模型,开发了相应的变水温控制策略。该控制策略能够根据用户室内需求和室外温度变化,实时调整机组供水温度设定点。同时,通过实际测试验证了变水温控制策略的应用效果。实测表明,相比于定水温控制策略,在满足室内温度要求的条件下,变水温控制策略使得供暖系统测试日节能22.9%,整个供暖季节能14.2%。研究表明了空气源热泵-散热器供暖系统采用变水温控制策略可以很大程度上节省系统能耗,具有良好的实际工程应用价值。As one of the energy technologieswhich is renewable,air source heat pump(ASHP)is widely applied in the heating system of small and medium-sized buildings in China,especially in the rural“coal to electricity”project in northern areas.ASHP usually adopts constant water temperature control strategy,which leads to indoor overheating,and also seriously affects the operating energy efficiency of heat pump units.Taking the air source heat pump radiator and heating system(ASHP-RHS)as an example,based on the idea of supply and demand coordination,this paper explores the optimal supply water temperature of the heat pump,and develops a corresponding variable water temperature control strategy.This control strategy can adjust the supply water temperature of the unit in real time according to the user’s indoor demand and outdoor temperature.At the same time,the application effect of the variable water temperature control strategy is verified through practical tests.The actual measurement shows that compared with the control strategy which is constant water temperature,the variable water temperature control strategy makes the heating system energy saving 22.9%in test date and the heating season energy saving 14.2%when satisfying the indoor temperature requirements.The research indicate that the energy consumptioncan be greatly saved when usingthe variable water temperature control strategy for theASHPRHS,which has good practical engineering application value.
