摘 要:数据中心IT设备产生的余热具有总量大、品位低、稳定性好等特点,但是采用常规余热回收方案时存在供热温度低、供热半径小等问题,仅能给数据中心辅助区域供热而不能对市政供热,因此余热回收利用率极低。基于目前数据中心余热利用存在的问题,提出一种“回收数据中心余热+市政锅炉补热”的联合供热设计方案。即先利用高温水源热泵机组回收机房余热,对市政一次热网回水进行加热,再通过市政锅炉二次加热提升供水温度后供至城镇热用户。该联合供热方案能最大限度利用数据中心余热,实现能源的梯级利用,节能减排,同时具有良好的经济效益。以北京某数据中心为例,实施此供热方案,每年将减少3286.7 t标煤消耗、3.93万t水资源消耗和8085 t碳排放,并且系统的实际投资回收期小于3年。The waste heat generated by IT equipment in data center has the characteristics of large amount,low grade and high stability.However,when using conventional waste heat recovery plan,there are problems such as low heating temperature and small heating range,which can only be used to heat the auxiliary area of the data center instead of municipal administration.Therefore,the recycling rate of the waste heat is extremely low.Based on the current problems of the reuse of waste heat in data center,this paper proposes a joint heating design plan of recovering the waste heat of the data center and the supplementary heat of the municipal boiler.In other words,firstly the high-temperature water source heat pump unit is used to recover the waste heat in the data center,heating the return water from the municipal primary heat supply network,and then the temperature of water supply is increased by the secondary heating of the municipal boiler before it is supplied to the urban heat users.This joint heating plan can maximize the usage of the waste heat of the data center,realize the cascade utilization of energy,save energy,reduce emissions,and has sound economic benefits.Taking a data center in Beijing for example,this heating solution can reduce 3286.7 tons of standard coal consumption,39300 tons of water consumption and 8085 tons of carbon emissions per year.Besides,the actual payback period of the system is less than three years.
