摘 要:冷凝器易脏堵且对冷水机组COP有重要影响。以北京某项目冷水机组节能改造工作为研究背景,通过选择2台冷水机组为实验机组与对比机组,在实验机组冷却侧加装胶球自动清洗装置,在制冷季收集实验机组与对比机组蒸发器、冷凝器运行数据,从理论和实践上对胶球自动清洗装置效果进行验证,获得了冷水机组在蒸发器趋近温度和两侧水流量基本不变的情况下,胶球自动清洗装置可降低冷凝器趋近温度,提高冷凝器换热效果,提高冷水机组ICOP,从而提高冷水机组COP。胶球自动清洗装置不仅减少了项目每年冷水机组维保清洗费用,还降低了维保人员在清洗过程中对换热铜管损坏的风险。The condenser is easy to be dirty and blocked,and it has an important influence on COP of chiller.Based on the research of energy-saving transformation of chiller in a project in Beijing,this paper selects two chiller units as the experimental unit and the comparison unit,installs the automatic cleaning device of rubber ball on the cooling side of the experimental unit,collects the operation data of evaporator and condenser of the experimental unit and the comparison unit in the cooling season,and verifies the effect of the automatic cleaning device of rubber ball from the theory and practice.It is obtained that the rubber ball automatic cleaning device can reduce the approaching temperature of the condenser,improve the heat transfer effect of the condenser,the ICOP of the chiller,and the COP of the chiller under the condition that the approaching temperature of the evaporator and the water flow on both sides are basically unchanged.The rubber ball automatic cleaning device not only reduces the annual maintenance and cleaning cost of the chiller,but also lowers the risk of damage to the heat exchange copper pipe during the cleaning process.
