重型木结构建筑材料及构件的循环潜力研究

摘  要:循环潜力代表建筑中的材料形成环状材料流的能力,即材料的利用效率。通过量化材料循环潜力及构件的可拆解性,探讨了重型木材与混凝土、重型木结构构件与混凝土构件的循环潜力差异。以Kajstaden住宅楼为例,利用Revit建模获取建筑准确的材料信息,结合材料循环数据库进行定量计算,并使用eco2soft工具评价环境影响,探究了重型木结构建筑与混凝土建筑的材料及构件在循环潜力、物质消耗、废弃物总量及全球变暖潜能值等方面的差异。结果表明:重型木结构建筑材料及构件的循环潜力高于混凝土建筑,且可拆解性强,物质消耗总量和废弃物总量均不足混凝土建筑的三分之一,能够实现负碳排放,具有良好的生态效益。为重型木结构建筑的材料选择、构件设计和循环潜力优化提供参考,同时从材料循环角度提出实现建筑领域碳中和及零废弃物的新思路。The recycling potential indicates the fraction of the building materials that can form a closedloop material flow,that is,material efficiency.By quantifying the cycle data and detachability,the differences in recycling potential between mass timber and concrete,wood structure component and concrete component are compared.Taking Kajstaden residential building as an example,the exact material/component information was established by Revit,the quantitative calculation was conducted with Material Cycle Database,the environmental influence was evaluated by eco2soft,to illustrate the difference in recycling potential,material consumption,construction waste and global warming potential between a mass timber building and a reinforced concrete building.Results show that the recycling potential of mass timber building is higher,and the detachability is better.The material consumption and waste generation are less than one-third of that of the concrete building,which can realize negative carbon emissions and gain ecological benefits.References for the material selection,component design and recycling potential optimization of mass timber buildings are provided and from the perspective of material circulation,new ideas for realizing carbon neutrality and zero waste in the construction sector are proposed.
