正清风痛宁注射液联合甲氨蝶呤治疗膝骨关节炎并积液(风寒湿痹型)临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正清风痛宁注射液联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射液对膝骨关节炎并积液(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效,评估该疗法的安全性。方法:按纳入与排除标准将77例符合条件的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为试验组39例、对照组38例。试验组给予正清风痛宁注射液联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射治疗,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后3个月回访,WOMAC、VAS、Walther评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组关节液中IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6及血清CPR检查均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗3个月回访、6个月回访,综合有效率分别为94.87%、79.49%、74.35%,对照组治疗后3个月回访、6个月回访,综合有效率分别为66.79%、34.21%、31.57%(P<0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁注射联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射治疗能在一定程度上控制膝骨关节炎并积液(风寒湿痹型)的临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with methotrexate intra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with effusion(wind cold dampness arthralgia type),and evaluate the safety of the treatment.Methods:77eligible cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomLy divided into the test group 39and the control group 38according to the nano emission standard.The test group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with methotrexate intra-articular injection,and the control group was treated with methotrexate intra-articular injection to observe the therapeutic effect.Results:The scores of WOMAC,VAS and Walther in the test group were better than those in the control group after treatment and three-months later(P<0.05).IL-1β,TNF-α,The examination of IL-6and serum CPR was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive effective rates of the test group after treatment,three-month return visit and six-month return visit were 94.87%,79.49%and 74.35%,respectively.The comprehensive effective rates of the control group after treatment,three-month return visit and six-month return visit were 66.79%,34.21%and 31.57%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection combined with intra-articular injection of methotrexate can control the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with effusion(wind cold damp arthralgia type)to a certain extent.
