早期高血压“型态结合”诊治模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：高血压病是引起心脑肾及血管并发症的主要危险因素,有效防控高血压对遏制心脑血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。基于仝小林院士的态靶辨治体系和《黄帝内经》阴阳气血理论,对“病气血”期进一步分型;并阐述阳明型、太阳型、厥阴型高血压与“壅、寒、水、郁、虚”五态的内在联系,构建早期高血压的“型态结合”诊治模式,以期开阔诊疗思路,提高早期高血压的临床疗效。Hypertension is an important risk factor for heart,brain,kidney,and vascular complications.Effective prevention and control of hypertension is of great significance to curb the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Based on academician Tong Xiaolin,s state target differentiation and treatment system and the theory of yin,yang,qi,and blood in the Huangdi Neijing,the“disease qi and blood”stage was further classified.The internal relationship between Yangming type,Taiyang type,Jueyin type and the five states of“stagnation,cold,water,stasis and deficiency”is expounded,and the diagnosis and treatment mode of“combination with type and state”of early hypertension is established.In order to further broaden the idea of diagnosis and treatment,improve the clinical effect of early hypertension.
