丁定明中医师基于“玄府理论”针灸治疗脱发经验总结

摘　　要：丁定明老师将“玄府理论”和经络辨证运用于脱发的临床诊断和治疗,丁老师认为脱发的病机为玄府郁热、玄府不通或玄府未充,故治疗的根本原则为通达玄府、疏通经络、平衡阴阳,倡导审证求因、分期论治,在对脱发病机进行深入探讨和总结的基础上,结合病程及累及的相关脏腑分别选取不同的针灸治疗手法,包括毫针针刺、梅花针叩刺、姜汁涂擦、艾灸等,讲究玄府“以通为用”,经络补泻合宜,其经验对临床针灸治疗脱发有一定借鉴意义。总结丁定明针灸治疗脱发疾病的思路和特色,并附上经典案例一则以资佐证。In this paper,Ding's clinical experience in acupuncture treatment of alopecia is summarized.In addition,a classic treatment case is attached.Ding applies the Xuanfu Theory and meridian differentiation to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of alopecia.He argues that the pathogenesis of alopecia is Xuanfu stagnant heat.Xuanfu,inaccessible or Xuanfu,not yet filled.The fundamental principle of treatment is thus to access the Xuanfu unblock the meridians and balance Yin and Yang.Further,he advocates the examination of causes and treatment by stages.Based on in-depth exploration and synthesis of the pathogenesis of Alopecia,different acupuncture treatment techniques are selected according to the course of the disease.His experience includes acupuncture with thin needles,tapping with plum needles,rubbing with ginger juice,moxibustion,etc.Moreover,he emphasizes that Xuanfu theoretical the Xuanfu must keep unobstructed and that the meridians are appropriately supplemented and dipped His experience has implications for clinical acupuncture treatment of Alopecia.
