摘　　要：列举二则临床验案回顾性分析,记述一则小儿不明原因发热案例、一则妇人热入血室案例的诊治过程,分析其理法方药,探究“和法”治疗内伤发热的临证思路与经验,为不明原因发热及热入血室证的临床实践提供借鉴。Take two clinical cases for retrospective analysis,describe the diagnosis and treatment process of one case of children with fever of unknown cause and one case of women's fever entering the blood chamber,analyze its principles,methods and prescriptions,explore the clinical thinking and experience of“harmony method”in treating internal injury fever,and provide reference for clinical practice of fever of unknown cause and fever entering the blood chamber syndrome.
