摘　　要：目的:分析名中医帅焘主任医师巧用沉香、檀香和木香护脾胃的物质及分子生物学基础,从现代医药学角度阐明帅焘主任医师巧用沉香、檀香和木香的科学依据。方法:借助网络药理学研究方法,收集沉香、檀香和木香的主要活性成分及作用靶标,并与脾胃相关的11种疾病:十二指肠炎、十二指肠溃疡、胃炎、胃溃疡、肠胃气胀、肠吸收不良、肠憩室、肠血管供应不足、胆石病、慢性支气管炎和动脉粥样硬化的靶标进行关联分析。结果:沉香、檀香、木香的主要化学成分有78、72、150种,分别为2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物、倍半萜类和萜类;沉香、檀香和木香均是多成分、多靶标参与调理脾胃虚弱、运化失常、气机升降失调。沉香、檀香和木香与11种疾病均有共同靶标分别为8、6和5个,活性成分为21、10和16种;除IL-6外,沉香、檀香和木香三味中药与11种相关疾病无共有靶标,也无共有活性成分。结论:沉香、檀香和木香作为理气药药效物质基础不同,作用靶标也不同,可能通过不同途径来发挥顾护脾胃的作用。Objective:To analyze the material and molecular biological basis of Shuai Tao,a famous TCM doctor,use of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album Land Aucklandiae Radixto protect spleen and stomach,and expound the scientific basis from the point of view of modern medicine.Methods:The main active constituents and targets of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album Land Aucklandiae Radix were collected by network pharmacology.The targets of 11diseases related to spleen and stomach,duodenitis,duodenal ulcer,gastritis,gastric ulcer,flatulence,intestinal malabsorption,intestinal diverticulum,intestinal vascular insufficiency,cholelithiasis,chronic bronchitis and atherosclerosis,were analyzed.Results:There were 78,72and 150chemical constituents of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album Land Aucklandiae Radix,including 2-(2-phenythyl)chromones,sesquiterpenes and terpenes.Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album Land Aucklandiae Radixare all multi-components and multi-targets involved in regulating spleen and stomach weakness,dysregulation of transport and chemical,and dysregulation of Qi movement.There were 8,6and 5common targets and 21,10and 16active ingredients of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album L and Aucklandiae Radix with 11diseases,respectively.Except for IL6,Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album L and Aucklandiae Radix had no common targets or active ingredients with 11related diseases.Conclusion:As Qi-regulating medicine,Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,Santalum Album L and Aucklandiae Radixhave different pharmacochemical bases and targets,which may play the role of protecting spleen and stomach through different pathways.
