摘　　要：目的:通过对中医药联合化疗药物治疗胃癌的文献进行数据挖掘,为临床用药提供有益参考。方法:筛选2000-2021年知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中中药联合化疗治疗胃癌的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行关联规则及聚类分析。结果:共筛选出符合要求的文章232篇,方剂合计259首,中药225味,分析得出新处方15首。结论:中医药联合化疗药物治疗胃癌的治疗原则为健脾益气和扶正祛邪,代表方为六君子汤加味,辅以活血化瘀、散结止痛、祛湿化痰、解毒祛邪等治法。Objective:Based on the literature data mining of TCM combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of gastric cancer,it provides an effective reference for clinical medication.Methods:By screening literatures on TCM combined with chemotherapy for gastric cancer in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and China biomedical literature databases from 2000to 2021,association rules and cluster analysis were performed using the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5).Results:A total of 232articles with compound requirements were screened out,including 259prescriptions and 225traditional Chinese medicines,and 15new prescriptions were analyzed.Conclusion:The therapeutic principles of TCM combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of gastric cancer are invigorating the spleen and invigorating qi,nourishing the body and dispelling evil,and the representative prescription is Liujunzi Decoction supplemented with the methods of activating blood circulation and removing stasis,dispersing knot and relieving pain,removing dampness and eliminating phlegm,detoxification and eliminating evil,etc.
