摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪肝的发病率近年来逐年升高,其中医病因病机为脾失健运、肝失疏泄,最终痰瘀互结,“痰瘀”伴随了非酒精性脂肪肝整个病程。传统中医辨证主要通过“四诊”进行,存在一定的主观性。近年来,针对非酒精性脂肪肝中医证型与客观指标之间联系的研究逐渐深入,为辨证分型提供了客观依据。总结非酒精性脂肪肝痰瘀相关证型的客观化研究进展,以期为非酒精性脂肪肝痰瘀相关证型的辨证分型、临床研究提供更为丰富的循证医学证据。Nowadays,the morbidity of non-alcohol fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has increased by years.Chinese medical pathogenesis of NAFLD are dysfunction of spleen in transport,liver dysfunction,and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis.“Phlegm and blood stasis”accompanied the whole course of NAFLD.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine mainly through“four diagnosis”,which has a certain subjectivity.In recent years,the research of NAFLD TCM syndrome types and objective detection indexes has gradually deepened,which provides more and more objective bases for syndrome differentiation.This paper summarizes the objective research progress of phlegm and blood stasis related syndrome types of nonalcoholic fatty liver,in order to provide abundant evidence-based medicine proofs of syndrome differentiation and clinical research in NAFLD.
