近十年中西医治疗胃食管反流性哮喘临床研究进展

摘　　要：胃食管反流是难治性哮喘患者主要共存病症之一。目前,在该病治疗上,中医从肺胃气机升降理论出发,或从肺论治,或从胃论治,中医治疗具有鲜明的中医辨证论治特色。西医主要通过抑酸、促胃肠动力或手术治疗胃食管反流,改善胃食管反流性哮喘的临床症状,从而达到治愈该病的目的。研究发现,中医药治疗该病优势突出。但目前中西医药物治疗胃食管反流性哮喘尚缺少公认的特效方或特效药,是今后的研究焦点和工作的重点所在,亟待进一步探究。总结近十年国内相关文献,对胃食管反流性哮喘中西医治疗现状进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。The gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the main coexisting conditions in patients with refractory asthma.It is treatment according to syndrome differentiation that Characteristics of TCM.The treatment principle is the theory of lung and stomach about activities of qi.Western medicine cure mainly the gastroesophageal reflux by suppressing acid,gastrointestinal motility or surgery to improve the clinical symptoms of the gastroesophageal reflux asthma(GERA),so as to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.This study found that TCM has outstanding advantages in the treatment of this disease.However,at present,there is still a lack of recognized specific prescription or specific drugs for the treatment of GERA by traditional Chinese or western medicine,which is the focus of future research and work,and it urgently needs to be further explored.The author tried to analyze and organize 10years'literatures in recent times,discussed the treatment syatus of GERA to get summary,and expected to provied reference data for clinical work in the future.
