摘 要:为了能更加直观地体现混凝土结构内部温度与应力变化特征,以采取有效措施减少混凝土裂缝的产生,本文以岳阳市中心医院门急诊医技综合楼项目为例,针对跳仓法施工技术进行温度变化及应变特征的监测。通过现场的测点布置、数据收集、归纳整理等分析跳仓法技术中板块的温度及应力变化规律。结果表明:1)仓块边缘测点较中心点降温速度快;2)采取蓄水养护措施能带走混凝土构件上表面的大部分热量,对于超过一定厚度的混凝土构件,应同时采取内部降温措施,控制混凝土表里温差。本文研究结果可为现场养护及跳仓封仓提供依据。In order to more intuitively reflect the internal temperature and stress changes of concrete structures,and take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of concrete cracks,the Yueyang Central Hospital Emergency Medical Technology Complex Project is taken as an example to monitor the temperature changes and strain characteristics of the construction technology of the jump warehouse method.Through on-site measurement point layout,data collection,induction and sorting,etc.,the temperature and stress changes of plates in the seguence construction method technology are analyzed.The results show that:1)The measurement point at the edge of the silo is cooled faster than the center point;2)Water storage and maintenance measures can take away most of the heat on the upper surface of concrete components,and for concrete components exceeding a certain thickness,internal cooling measures should be taken at the same time to control the temperature difference in the concrete surface.The results can provide a basis for on-site maintenance and segueuce construction.
