城乡文化融合与共同富裕:基于网络文化调节视角

摘　　要：网络文化对城乡区域的文化差异具有调和作用,有助于推动城乡区域一体化发展和共同富裕。研究发现,城乡融合发展中的共同富裕包含两方面意涵:一是城乡居民物质生活的共同富裕;二是城乡居民精神文化生活的共同富裕。从城乡文化融合的视角看,共同富裕就是充分发挥文化调节的作用,既要通过发展文化经济来解决城乡居民经济物质分配的不平衡、不充分问题,又要通过文化融合来解决城乡居民精神文化分配的不平衡、不充分问题。进一步地,基于数字乡建背景和移动互联技术的网络文化为实现城乡共同富裕提供两方面调节:一是在生产环节,引入新兴经济业态,促进城乡文化产业的高质量发展和城乡经济同步增长;二是在分配环节,发挥文化调节在第三次分配中的涵化作用,促进城乡居民收入和文化分配的均等化。扎实推进共同富裕,尤其是促进城乡居民共同富裕,应当以数字媒介为抓手,发挥网络文化调节作用,在文化数字化和文化产业数字化进程中实现城乡居民精神文化和物质生活的共同富裕,进而推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设,助力中华民族伟大复兴。Network culture has a reconciling effect on the cultural differences between urban and rural areas,and is conducive to promoting the integrated development and shared prosperity of urban and rural areas.It is found that shared prosperity in the integrated development of urban and rural areas contains two aspects of implications:firstly,the shared prosperity of the material life of urban and rural residents;secondly,the shared prosperity of the spiritual and cultural life of urban and rural residents.From the perspective of urban-rural cultural integration,shared prosperity relies on giving full play to the role of cultural adjustment,aiming not only to solve the imbalance and insufficiency of urban and rural residents'economic material distribution through the development of cultural economy,but also to solve the imbalance and insufficiency of their spiritual and cultural distribution through cultural integration.Further,based on the digital rural construction and mobile Internet technology,network culture provides two adjustments to achieve shared prosperity in urban and rural areas:firstly,in the production process,it introduces the emerging economic formats to promote the high-quality development of urban and rural cultural industries and the simultaneous growth of urban and rural economies;secondly,in the distribution aspect,it brings about acculturation through cultural adjustment in the third distribution,and promotes the equalization of urban and rural residents'income and cultural distribution.To effectively promote shared prosperity,especially for urban and rural residents,we should take digital media as the starting point,give play to the role of network cultural adjustment,and realize the shared prosperity of urban and rural residents'spiritual culture and material life in the process of cultural digitalization and the digitization of cultural industry so as to promote the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
