新型能源体系下煤电转机及发展策略研究

摘　　要：进入“十四五”,国际能源危机、国内拉闸限电的发生以及新型电力系统的构建,使得煤电迎来了新的转机,煤电未来的发展方式引人深思。首先叙述了煤电在“十四五”前期为能源保供与经济发展所做出的牺牲、面临的困难。然后分析了煤电在“十四五”中后期随着政策导向、电力规划及市场供需形势的变化而迎来转机的客观性。最后从煤电企业、技术创新、市场机制及国家政策等4个方面,为煤电在新环境下如何把握发展机遇,提升煤电企业可持续发展能力,加快新型能源体系建设,确保能源保供提出一系列对策与建议。Entering the“14th Five-Year Plan”,the international energy crisis,the occurrence of domestic power rationing and the construction of new power systems have made coal-fired power usher in a new turn,and the future development of coal power is thoughtprovoking.The article first describes the sacrifices and difficulties faced by coal-fired power in the early stages of the 14th Five Year Plan for ensuring energy supply and economic development,and then analyzes the objectivity of the turnaround faced by coal-fired power in the middle and later stages of the 14th Five Year Plan with changes in policy orientation,power planning,and market supply and demand situation.Finally,from the four aspects of coal-fired power enterprises,technological innovation,market mechanism and national policy,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to seize the development opportunities of coal-fired power in the new environment,improve the sustainable development ability of coal-fired power enterprises,accelerate the construction of new energy system,and ensure energy supply.
