摘  要:某硫化铜矿含Cu约0.8%,采用X射线分选技术预选粗碎后≥30 mm的铜矿石,抛废率27%,抛出废石含Cu 0.09%,预选作业回收率96.95%。预选后入选品位提高0.2个百分点、选比由29.85 t/t降至22.68 t/t。年采出规模30万t铜矿,粗碎后≥30 mm预选,年创效339.7万元。A copper sulfide ore contains about 0.8%Cu.The X-ray separation technology is used to preconcentrate copper ore that is more than 30 mm after coarse crushing.The scrap rate is 27%and the scrap Cu is 0.09%,and the recovery is 96.95%.After preselection,the selected grade increased by 0.2 percentage points,and the selection ratio decreased from 29.85/t to 22.68 t/t.The annual production scale of 300000 t copper ore,coarse crushed≥30 mm preselected,annual efficiency of 3.397 million yuan.
