摘 要:验证了亚硝基-R盐分光光度法测钴精矿中的Co含量。选择三个不同结果梯度的样品作为该方法的试验样品,样品用盐酸和硝酸溶解,采用电热板进行加热使盐类溶解,亚硝基-R盐作为显色剂与钴离子形成络合物,利用分光光度计进行测量。根据样品中Co含量的不同,做了不同水平的加标回收率实验。含量为10.38%的钴精矿,样品回收率为85.32%~92.92%;含量为6.00%的钴精矿,样品回收率为85.35%~95.00%;含量为2.00%的钴精矿,样品的回收率为87.10%~94.60%。通过做加标回收率实验和精密度实验,确定该方法满足测定钴精矿中的Co含量。The determination of Co in cobalt concentrate by nitroso-R salt photometry was verified.Three samples with different result gradients were selected as experimental samples of this method.The samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,and heated with electric heating plate to dissolve the salts.Nitroso-R salt was used as color developing agent to form complexes with cobalt ions,which were measured by spectrophotometer.According to the different content of cobalt in the samples,the recoveries of different levels of added standard were carried out.For cobalt concentrate containing 10.38%,sample recovery was 85.32%~92.92%;for cobalt concentrate containing 6.00%,sample recovery was 85.35%~95.00%;for cobalt concentrate containing 2.00%,sample recovery was 87.10%~94.60%.It is confirmed that the method can satisfy the determination of cobalt content in cobalt concentrate by standard recovery and precision experiments.
