摘  要:转炉冶炼高碳钢采用高拉碳法出钢可以降低钢水的过氧化性,提高初炼钢水洁净度。酒钢炼轧厂通过对转炉冶炼高碳钢高拉碳深脱磷工艺优化,实现高碳钢出钢ω[C]控制在0.50%~0.70%时,将出钢ω[P]控制在0.010%以下,特定条件下ω[P]≤0.005%;转炉高拉碳的脱磷率平均达到了93.29%,各项参数控制良好的状况下,转炉高拉碳的脱磷率最高可达到95%以上。The high pull carbon method used in converter smelting of high carbon steel can reduce the peroxidation of molten steel and improve the cleanliness of primary steelmaking water.By optimizing the dephosphorization process of high carbon steel smelt by converter,the high carbon steel production ω[C]is controlled at 0.50%~0.70%,the steel production ω[P]is controlled below 0.010%,and the ω[P]is less than 0.005%under specific conditions.The dephosphorization rate of high pull carbon in the converter is 93.29%on average,and the highest dephosphorization rate of high pull carbon in the converter can reach more than 95%under the condition of good control of various parameters.
