摘　　要：研究分析了酒钢生产的Φ5.5mm交通车辆用帘线钢LX70A在拉拔合股过程中的不同类型的断口,发现夹杂物和组织不均匀是造成断裂的主要原因,为帘线钢性能改善提供了依据,并开发了百万米断丝率为0.067%的优质交通车辆用钢帘线盘条。The paper analyzes different types of fractures of the diameter of 5.5 mm cord steel LX70A for traffic vehicles produced by Jiusteel in the process of drawing and closing.It is found that the inclusion and uneven structure are the main reasons for the fracture,which provides a basis for the improvement of the performance of cord steel.A high-quality cord wire rod with a breaking rate of 0.067%for millions of meters is developed.
