摘  要:钢中氧含量及夹杂物含量超标会严重降低热轧卷板表面质量,影响加工性能及钢板表面质量等。研究了炉渣碱度、软吹时间、连铸保护浇注等项目以及对T[O]主要影响以及精炼过程夹杂物的演变,通过一系列管控措施有效降低了钢水氧含量,控制了夹杂物,使得夹杂物符合A、B、C、D各类夹杂物≤1.0要求的比例由91.04%提高到98.69%,从而提升了SPHC-2钢种钢水纯净度,满足客户高品质家电面板用钢使用的技术要求。Excessive oxygen content and inclusion content in steel can seriously reduce the surface quality of hot rolled coil,and affect the machining performance and surface quality of steel plate.The main influence on T[O]and the evolution of inclusions in refining process are analyzed.Through the implementation of a series of control measures,the oxygen content of molten steel in the production process is effectively reduced and the inclusions are controlled.The proportion of inclusions that meet the requirements of inclusions A,B,C and D≤1.0 is increased from 91.04%to 98.69%,thus improving the purity of SPHC-2 steel,and meeting the technical requirements of customers for the use of high-quality household appliance panel steel.
