摘 要:基于工控机、PLC、触摸屏和PID控制器技术,设计开发了温度、湿度、压力三综合环境模拟试验箱用电气控制系统。该控制系统通过OPC和Modbus通讯完成数据交互,实现远程和本地两种控制模式,试验数据能够实时采集、显示和存储,历史数据通过图表和曲线形式查看。通过PID运算,实现温度、湿度和压力的精确控制。Based on the controlled technologies of industrial personal computer(IPC),programmable logic controller(PLC),human machine interface(HMI)and proportional integral differential(PID),an electrical control system was designed and devel⁃oped to manage three factors of temperature,humidity and pressure of the environmental test chamber.By the means of OLE for process control(OPC)and Modbus communications,the system could conduct data transmission and has both remote and local control modes.Test data could be collected,displayed and stored in real time,historical data could be viewed in the form of charts or curves.Based on PID calculations,the precise control for the temperature,humidity and pressure could be realized.
