摘  要:设计了基于PLC控制器+触摸屏的双系统液冷源电气控制单元,通过一套控制单元采集两个液冷系统的温度、湿度、压力、流量等传感器数据,实现了对两个系统多样化智能自动控制,节省了成本。对关键控制对象进行了热备份和轮询设计,实现故障不停机自动切换,提高了设备可靠性。通过采集的温度和湿度计算出露点温度,解决了设备凝露问题,具有远程通讯和故障自诊断功能,实现无人值守。An electrical control unit for a dual-system liquid cooling source,which was based on both a Programmable Log⁃ic Controller(PLC)and a touch screen,was designed to collect some sensor data from both systems,such as temperature,hu⁃midity,pressure and flow rate etc.The unit implemented diversified intelligent automatic control and reduced the cost for liquid cooling source.Key control objectives were designed for backup and polling operations,which can implement automatic switch without shutdown in case of failure,and thus improve the equipment reliability.The condensation problem of the liqiud cooling source was solved through calculating the dew point temperature using the collected temperature and humidity data.With remote communication and fault self-diagnosis functions,the unattended operation could be realized.
