摘 要:围岩与支护作用关系是隧道工程的核心内容,两者接触状态影响着隧道结构力学状态及服役性能。基于理论分析及数值计算方法,对围岩-支护切向作用关系、衬砌背后空洞等接触状态下隧道结构安全性进行了分析,并得出以下结论:围岩-支护间切向作用关系对衬砌内力分布规律及安全性影响显著,围岩-支护间摩擦系数越小,衬砌安全系数分布均匀性越好;衬砌背后空洞作为支护与围岩接触关系的一种极限状况,显著恶化了衬砌结构受力性能,在拱顶“外凸”效应和拱部应力集中作用下,衬砌在拱顶外侧及空洞左右边界内侧开裂;拱部背后空洞条件下衬砌结构最终沿拱顶内侧裂缝扩展至贯穿,裂缝扩展模式也由贯穿之前的张开型裂缝转变为复合型裂缝。研究结论可为隧道结构设计及衬砌病害治理提供参考。The rock-support relationship is the core of tunnel engineering,and the contact state between the two affects the mechanical state and service performance of the tunnel structure.Based on theoretical analysis and numerical calculation methods,this paper analyzes the structural safety under contact conditions such as tangential interaction between surrounding rock and support and cavity behind the lining.The main conclusions are as follows.The tangential interaction between surrounding rock and support has a significant impact on the internal force distribution and safety of lining,and the smaller the friction coefficient between surrounding rock and support is,the better the distribution uniformity of lining safety coefficient is.The cavity behind the lining,as a limit condition of the contact relationship between support and surrounding rock,deteriorated significantly the mechanical properties of the lining structure.Under the effect of “convex” and stress concentration in the arch,the lining cracks on the outside of the vault and inside the left and right boundaries of the lining.Under the condition of cavity behind the arch,the lining structure finally expands along the inner crack of the arch to the penetration,and the crack propagation mode changes from open crack to composite crack.The conclusion can provide reference for tunnel structure design and lining disease treatment.
