摘 要:模块化建筑因装配化程度高、回收利用率高、环境干扰少等显著优点已成为当前建筑工业的研究热点。与传统钢框架节点不同,模块结构节点由十六梁、上下八柱组成,节点汇交杆件多,梁对柱的约束作用较强。为研究模块结构中双层梁对柱的约束作用,利用ABAQUS建立模块结构有限元计算模型进行分析。计算结果表明:模块柱在双层梁约束作用下,计算长度系数平均值与单层梁相比减小约4.1%,临界荷载提高约8.4%,双层梁对柱的约束作用与单层梁相比有所增强,模块柱稳定分析时应考虑双层梁的约束贡献;提出引入约束作用系数γ_(0)以考虑双层梁对模块柱实际工况的约束贡献,且可以简化计算;约束作用系数取0.95,修正后的模块柱计算长度系数公式与有限元结果基本吻合,可与实际工况取得较好一致性,建议采用修正公式计算模块柱计算长度系数。Modular buildings have become a hot research topic in the current construction industry due to their significant advantages such as high assembly,high recycling rate and less environmental interference.Different from the traditional steel frame joints,the modular structure joints are composed of sixteen beams and eight upper and lower columns.There are many intersecting members at the joints,and the beams have a strong restraint on the columns.In order to investigate the restraint effect of the double-layer beam on the column in the modular structure,ABAQUS was used in this study to establish the finite element calculation model of the modular structure for finite element numerical analysis.The calculation results show that under the restraint of the double-layer beam the average calculated length coefficient of the modular column is reduced by 4.1% compared with the single-layer beam,and the critical load is increased by 8.4%.The restraint effect of the double-layer beam on the column is similar to that of the single-layer beam.The restraint contribution of double-layer beams should be considered in the stability analysis of the modular column.It is proposed that the constraint action coefficient γ_(0) should be introduced to evaluate the constraint contribution of the double-layer beam to the actual working condition of the module column and simplify the calculation.When the constraint action coefficient is set at 0.95,the modified formula of the module column calculation length coefficient is basically fitted to the finite element analysis result,and can achieve better consistency with the actual working conditions.It is therefore recommended that the modified formula be used to calculate the calculation length coefficient of the module column.
