中越农业科技示范基地创新实践与模式经验分析

摘　　要：中国与越南以基地建设为核心开展农业科技合作长达20余年,中越农业科技示范基地因被誉为中国农业对外合作样板项目而受到各方广泛关注。为建立完整的中越农业科技合作实践案例资料数据库,采用文献归纳法、经验总结法和实地调研等方式,梳理中越农业科技示范基地的发展历程,分析各阶段的运作模式和创新成果,并总结和归纳发展经验与启示。指出政府支持搭建合作渠道、采取多样管理措施、坚持长期运营和引入龙头企业,将基地成果商业化是基地成功的主要经验。对这些经验加以讨论和总结,可为中国与“一带一路”沿线国家开展更大范围的农业国际合作提供参考借鉴。China has been in close agricultural S&T collaboration with Vietnam for over two decades.Sino-Vietnam agricultural S&T demonstration base,renowned as a typical model for overseas cooperation projects,has aroused attention from all circles.The paper applied the methods of literature induction,experience summary,and field investigation to sort out the development processes of the Sino-Vietnam agricultural S&T demonstration base,analyze operation modes and innovation achievements,and summarize construction experience and inspirations.Main inspirations included government-supporting cooperation channels,various management measures aiming for long-term operation,and a leading company responsible for base-related commercialization by discussing and assessing which,it’s beneficial to establish a complete database on Sino-Vietnam agricultural S&T cooperation to provide references for China to have agricultural-cooperation with more countries along the“belt and road region”.
