基于绿色发展理念的乡域现代农业发展规划研究——以海南省昌江王下乡为例

摘　　要：绿色发展是当今世界的一种时代潮流,关系到我国经济社会发展的全局,引领着我国社会转型和产业结构的调整,而农业的绿色发展更是践行绿色发展理念的重要内容。本文以昌江王下乡国家“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地为例,基于绿色发展理念分析王下乡农业发展现状、存在的问题及有利条件,探讨其现代农业产业发展的目标定位、重点任务、空间布局,并提出保障措施,旨在加快推进王下乡现代农业的发展,为海南其他少数民族山区提供示范。Green development is a trend of today's world,which is related to the overall situation of China's economic and social development and leads to the transformation of China’s society and the adjustment of industrial structure.However,the green development of agriculture is a vital element in practicing the concept of green development.This paper takes the national“green water,green mountains are golden mountains”innovation base in Wangxia Township,Changjiang County,as an example,and analyses the current situation,problems,and favorable conditions of agricultural development in Wangxia Township based on the concept of green development,discusses the target positioning,vital tasks and spatial layout of its modern-agricultural industry development,and puts forward guarantee measures.The aim is to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in Wangxia Township and provide a model for other minority mountainous areas in Hainan.
