摘　　要：利小便能间接达到沟通上下、平衡阴阳的作用,既能给有形、无形之邪以出路,又能扶正以固本。贾六金教授认为利小便法有十大功效,即有祛湿除痹、祛痰化饮、清热通淋、消肿泻满、利疸退黄、渗湿止泻、行气消鼓、利水温阳、化气通阳、转危救急之功。利小便法虽未与“八法”同列,但其作用非凡,《内经》有理论依据,《伤寒论》《金匮要略》有诸多例证,历代医家继承发扬,总结积累了丰富经验,在临床工作中也常验之有效。利小便法功效众多,治证广泛,应从消法中剥离出来,以期能够更好地为临床实践提供理论支持。Urination-promoting can indirectly achieve the role of communicating the upper part and the lower part and balancing Yin and Yang,which can not only give the visible and invisible pathogenic factors a way out,but also reinforce the vital energy and consolidate the constitution.Professor Jia Liujin believes that the ten benefits of urination-promoting are removing dampness and relieving pain,expelling phlegm and dissolving retention,clearing heat and freeing strangury,eliminating swelling and removing fullness,removing jaundice,eliminating dampness and preventing diarrhea,promoting Qi circulation and eliminating distention,warming Yang to promote diuresis,transforming Qi and activating Yang,and turning crisis into opportunities and coping with an emergency.Although the method of urination-promoting is not listed with the“eight methods”,its role is extraordinary.There are theoretical basis in Nei Jing,and many examples in Shang Han Lun and Jingui Yaolve.Doctors of past generations inherit and develop them,summarize and accumulate rich experience,and often prove them effective in clinical work.Urination-promoting has many benefits and a wide range of indications.It should be separated from the resolving method in order to provide theoretical support for clinical practice.
