“高巅之上,射而取之”学说及临床应用探析

摘　　要：罗天益“高巅之上,射而取之”学说是在继承发展李东垣刺络放血思想的基础上提出的。罗氏基于“高巅之上,唯风可到”的经典理论,认为头部的疾病可以通过放血疗法来治疗。风邪为百病之长,在头部刺络放血既可祛外风,又可息内风。因此,罗氏认为放血是在祛风的基础上进一步达到祛邪的目的,而治风先治血,血行风自灭,通过活血祛瘀以奏祛风之效。通过对罗天益“高巅之上,射而取之”学说及临床应用的阐述分析,将这种疗法推广于临床。Luo Tianyi′s theory of“pricking and bloodletting to treat head diseases”is put forward on the basis of inheriting and developing Li Dongyuan′s thought of bloodletting.Based on the classic theory that“wind evil is the main factor leading to head disease”,Luo Tianyi believes that head diseases can be treated by bloodletting therapy.Wind evil is the root of all diseases,and bloodletting on the head can not only dispel the external wind,but also extinguish the internal wind.Therefore,Luo Tianyi believes that bloodletting is to further achieve the purpose of eliminating pathogenic factors on the basis of eliminating wind.Only after activating blood can the wind be dispelled,and smooth blood circulation can make the wind eliminated.Remove blood stasis by promoting blood circulation to play the effect of dispelling wind.This article will promote the therapy to the clinic by expounding and analyzing Luo Tianyi′s theory of“pricking and bloodletting to treat head diseases”and its clinical application.
