夏橘化瘀胶囊对稳定型心绞痛合并频发室性早搏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价夏橘化瘀胶囊对稳定型心绞痛合并频发室性早搏的疗效及安全性。方法:选取潍坊市中医院2021年5月—2021年8月患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,两组患者均给予常规抗心绞痛、抗心律失常药物治疗,试验组同时给予夏橘化瘀胶囊治疗。两组治疗前及治疗3个月后均进行心功能的评定,包括24 h动态心电图、治疗前NYHA分级、心脏彩超评定射血分数(EF)及舒张功能(E/A比值)、B型钠尿肽(BNP)及体质量的变化,比较治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表评分及治疗后中医证候疗效。结果:试验组治疗后心功能NYHA改善明显优于对照组。试验组治疗后LVEF、E/A比值、pro-BNP较本组治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。试验组治疗后LVEF、E/A比值、pro-BNP及水肿的消除时间与对照组比较明显改善(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,但治疗后两组体质量比较差异无统计学意义。治疗组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=9.423,P=0.002)。两组治疗后西雅图心绞痛量表评分均高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。治疗组治疗后西雅图心绞痛量表评分PL、AS明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;TS和DP虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论:夏橘化瘀胶囊能改善24 h动态心电图室早患者的临床症状和心功能,还可以明显改善患者的疼痛程度等。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaju Huayu Capsule in treating stable angina pectoris complicated with frequent ventricular premature beat.Methods:60 patients from Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-angina pectoris and anti-arrhythmic drugs,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaju Huayu Capsule simultaneously.The cardiac function of the two groups were observed before and 3 months after treatment,including the changes of 24 h holter electrocardiogram,NYHA grade before treatment,ejection fraction(EF)assessed by cardiac color ultrasound,diastolic function(E/A ratio),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and body mass.The score of Seattle Angina Questionnaire before and after treatment and the efficacy of TCM syndrome after treatment were compared.Results:NYHA improvement of cardiac function in experimental group was better than that in control group after treatment.After treatment,LVEF,E/A ratio and pro-BNP in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.After treatment,LVEF,E/A ratio,pro-BNP and the elimination time of edema in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant,but there was no statistically significant difference in body mass between the two groups.After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=9.423,P=0.002).The score of Seattle Angina Questionnaire after treatment in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire PL and AS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was
