摘  要:【目的】某1 000 WM燃煤火力发电厂SCR脱硝系统采用蜂窝状催化剂。为把握随着催化剂服役时间增加相关脱硝性能参数的变化规律,对脱硝系统多次进行现场试验。【方法】试验采用专业仪器设备对脱硝系统烟气流速、脱硝效率、氨逃逸率、SO_(2)/SO_(3)转化率等性能参数进行测量分析。【结果】随着催化剂服役时间的增加,脱硝效率会明显降低,氨逃逸率有一定程度的增大,空气预热器处会生成硫酸氢铵等有害物质,造成堵塞。【结论】随着服役时间的增加,催化剂会因为飞灰冲刷、堆积及重金属中毒等导致活性下降,催化剂局部区域积灰较多,空气预热器堵塞情况严重,需要及时对催化剂进行更新或者再生处理,提高催化剂活性,保证脱硝系统安全经济运行。[Purposes] The SCR denitration system of a 1 000 WM coal-fired power plant uses honeycomb catalyst.To grasp the change rule of relevant denitration performance parameters with the increase of catalyst service time,field tests on denitration system was conducted for many times.[Methods] The test uses professional instruments and equipment to measure and analyze the performance parameters of the denitration system,such as flue gas flow rate,denitration efficiency,ammonia escape rate,SO_2/SO_(3conversion) rate,etc.[Findings] It can be seen that with the increase of catalyst service time,denitration efficiency will be significantly reduced,ammonia escape rate will be increased to a certain extent,and harmful substances such as ammonium bisulfate will be generated at the air preheater to cause blockage.[Conclusions] With the increase of service time,the activity of the catalyst will be reduced due to the scouring and accumulation of fly ash,heavy metal poisoning and other reasons.There are many ash deposits in local areas of the catalyst,and the blockage of the air preheater is serious.It is necessary to update or regenerate the catalyst in time to improve the catalyst activity and ensure the safe and economical operation of the denitration system.
