摘 要:【目的】混凝土夹心板外叶往往较薄,逐时气温变化和太阳辐射对混凝土夹心板的温度作用十分明显,而荷载规范并没有考虑这两者的影响,本研究将考虑这两个因素,并研究讨论不同保温层厚度和内外叶层厚度对夹芯板挠度的影响,为后续的试验研究提供参考。【方法】在现有的理论研究基础上,基于有限元软件模拟出逐时温度作用下一种新型夹芯板的内外叶逐时温差和温差引起的位移。【结果】夹芯板在逐时温度作用下,内外叶层的温差、位移以正弦曲线的形式保持稳定状态。【结论】夹芯板内外叶温差的极值与夹芯板挠度的极值在相同时间取值、内外叶温差曲线走势与夹芯板挠度的变化趋势、逐时温度荷载的变化趋势一致性较高。[Purposes] The outer blades of concrete sandwich panels are often thin.The temperature effect of hourly temperature change and solar radiation on concrete sandwich panels is very obvious,but the load specification does not consider the influence of these two factors.This paper will consider these two factors,and study the influence of different insulation layer thickness and inner and outer blade thickness on the deflection of sandwich panels,so as to provide reference for subsequent experimental research.[Methods] In accordance with the existing theoretical research,this paper simulates the hourly temperature difference between the inner and outer leaves of a new sandwich panel and the displacement caused by the temperature difference based on the finite element software.[Findings] Under the action of hourly temperature,the temperature difference and displacement of the inner and outer blade layers remained stable in the form of sine curve.[Conclusions] The extreme value of the temperature difference between the inner and outer leaves of the sandwich plate and the extreme value of the deflection of the sandwich plate are highly consistent in the value at the same timing,the trend of the temperature difference curve between the inner and outer leaves,the trend of the deflection of the sandwich plate,and the trend of the hourly temperature load.
