摘 要:【目的】通过技术分析,以期为相关企业在投影行业的专利战略布局提供技术指引。【方法】从“科创板专利第一案”的诉讼历程出发,结合专利申请量、申请人排名及核心专利的引证频次等数据进行分析,多维度阐述了中国投影仪的发展概况。【结果】中国投影仪行业已经掌握制备投影光源的核心技术,并在世界上占有重要地位。而散热技术的主要申请人依然集中在日本的老牌企业中,申请量排名前十位中仅有一家中国申请人。【结论】中国投影仪行业日趋成熟,在市场上已然具备核心竞争力。[Purposes] This study aims to provide technical guidance for the patent strategy layout of relevant enterprises in the projection industry through technical analysis.[Methods] Starting from the litigation process of the "First Case of Patent on the Science and Technology Innovation Board",this article analyzes the development overview of projectors in China from multiple perspectives,such as patent application quantity,applicant ranking,and citation frequency of core patents.[Findings] The Chinese projector industry has mastered the core technology for preparing projection light sources and holds an important position in the world.However,the main applicants for heat dissipation technology are still concentrated in the hands of established Japanese companies,with only one Chinese applicant among the top ten in terms of application quantity.[Conclusions] The projector industry in china is becoming increasingly mature and has core competitiveness in the market.
