摘  要:某电厂二期机组采用了苏尔寿生产的BDC-500-490/D3S型凝结水泵,随着凝泵变频改造后,变频凝泵A长时间偏离额定转速运行,对泵的重要部件的使用寿命和大修周期有明显影响,在运行过程中多次发生了扬水管裂纹、泵轴断裂的故障。通过运行方式、结构形式及解体情况的分析,提出凝泵备件国产化改造方案,对设备结构进行改进,提高了设备运行可靠性,降低了检修费用。The BDC-500-490/D3S condensate pump produced by Sorzer was adopted in a power plant.With the inverter transformation for condensate pump,the inverter condensate pump A deviated from rated speed for a long time,which exerted negative impact on service life and overhaul cycle of main parts of pump.Cracks in lifting pipe and fracture of pump shaft occurred frequently during operation.Based on the analysis of operation mode,structure form and disintegration,a localization transformation scheme for condensate pump spare parts was put forward,the equipment structure and the reliability of equipment operation were improved and maintenance cost was reduced.
