新农科下水产养殖学专业人才培养模式思考与探索--以甘肃农业大学为例

摘　　要：随着我国渔业经济蓬勃发展,面对国内外经济发展复杂多变的环境和局势,人才培养与社会需求的紧密衔接已成为学科专业发展和人才培养改革的重要导向。为匹配经济社会对人才的需求,甘肃农业大学水产养殖学专业经过多年探索与实践,并结合区域经济发展趋势和特色,改革优化育人模式,着力培养能在水产养殖生产、教育、科研和管理等部门从事科学研究、教学、水产养殖技术开发及经营管理等工作的应用型人才,以期为新农科下水产养殖学专业人才培养提供经验和借鉴。In order to meet the economic and social demand for talents,the aquaculture major of Gansu Agricultural University has been reformed and optimized the education model after years of exploration and practice,combing with the development trend and characteristics of regional economy.Its purpose is to focus on cultivating applied talents who can engage in scientific research,teaching,aquaculture technology development and management in aquaculture production,education,scientific research and management departments,in order to provide experience and reference for aquaculture professional talents cultivation under the new agricultural department.
