摘　　要：农业供应链金融做为一种新型的农业融资方式,能够优化整个农业产业链的现金流,解决农业融资难、融资贵的问题。本文通过分析济南农业供应链金融发展现状,探索了济南农业供应链金融的发展模式,提出进行农业供应链金融顶层设计、打造济南农业产业链集群、建立济南农业供应链金融白名单、壮大济南农业产业链龙头企业等政策建议。As a new type of agricultural financing method,agricultural supply chain finance can optimize the cash flow of the entire agricultural industry chain and solve the problem of difficult and expensive agricultural financing.This article analyzes the current development status of Jinan's agricultural supply chain finance,explores the development model of Jinan's agricultural supply chain finance,and proposes policy recommendations such as top-level design of agricultural supply chain finance,building Jinan's agricultural industry chain cluster,establishing a white list of Jinan's agricultural supply chain finance,and strengthening Jinan's leading enterprises in the agricultural industry chain.
