乡村振兴战略背景下基层党员干部培训“场景化”模式创新与探索--以青岛基层党员、“双基”公务员培训项目为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略背景下,青岛开放大学与青岛市委组织部共建青岛市公务员特色实践教育基地,遵循基层党员干部成长规律,以学员乡村工作场景为中心,创新开展场景化培训模式。通过沉浸式体验培训,让学员获得真实的、有应用价值的学习体验,赋能学员发展,开创乡村振兴工作新局面,推动农业农村现代化。场景化培训是马克思主义实践论指导下的培训创新、创造,是“理论联系实际”干部培训规律在基层党员干部培训中的具体运用。Ln the background of the rural revitalization,Qingdao Open University and Qingdao Municipal Organization Department of CPC jointly build practice and education base of the characteristic for Qingdao civil servants,following the growth law of party members and cadres of CPC of grassroots,orienting the rural work scene of students,innovating and carrying out scenario-based training mode,Through immersive experience training,students can get real and valuable learning experience enable students to develop,open up a new situation in rural revitalization work,promote agricultural and rural modernization.Scenario-based training is the training innovation and creation under the guidance of Marxist practice theory,and it is the concrete application of the cadre training law of"theory with practice".
