摘　　要：本文着重阐述校企共建学生就业实训基地建设的重要意义,即为学生提供实践的机会和平台、提高学生的实践能力和综合能力,并促进毕业生顺利就业。同时也分析了在实训基地建设过程中遇到的一些问题,如经费投入的不足、基地教学内容与模式存在的问题、实训内容与职业岗位对接不密切等,并提出了解决这些问题的对策。This article focuses on the great significance of the construction of student employment training bases jointly built by schools and enterprises,which provide students with practical opportunities and platform,improves their practical and comprehensive abilities,and promotes the smooth employment of graduates.At the same time,it also analyzed some problems encountered in the construction of the training base,such as insufficient funding,problems with the teaching content and mode of the base,and the lack of close connection with practical training content and professional post,then proposed countermeasures to solve these problems.
