摘  要:冷轧厚度自动控制系统是冷轧带钢厚度控制的主要环节,某产线基于现有的厚度自动控制系统已经到达瓶颈,生产过程经常出现带头厚度超调和厚度震荡问题。介绍了该产线在厚度控制系统方面的优化改造,通过厚度自动控制系统硬件改造、高精度厚度瞬时控制技术数学模型的建立、基础自动化程序开发、AGC系统控制模型优化等措施,产线厚度命中率由91.9%提高至96.7%,超高强钢厚度命中率由85.6%提高至90.5%,头尾厚度波动长度由20~30 m降低至15 m以内,提高了产品质量。The automatic thickness control system for cold rolling is the main link in thickness control of cold rolled strip steel.A certain production line has reached the bottleneck based on the existing thickness automatic control system,and the production process often encounters problems of strip lead thickness over tolerance and thickness oscillation.This paper introduces the optimization and transformation of the thickness control system of the production line.Through measures such as hardware transformation of the thickness automatic control system,establishment of high-precision instantaneous thickness control technology mathematical model,development of basic automation program and optimization of AGC system control model,the thickness hit rate of the production line has been improved from 91.9%to 96.7%.The thickness hit rate of ultra-high strength steel has increased from 85.6%to 90.5%,and the thickness fluctuation length of head and tail has decreased from 20-30m to less than 15m,which has improved the product quality.
